Ordering
Where do I see the menu and place an order?
See this week's meals, prices and availability on our ordering page.
When do I need to order?
Weekly orders close Friday at 12:00 p.m., Austin time.
Is there a minimum order?
Yes, the minimum order is 5 meals.
Do I have to commit to a subscription?
No. No commitment or subscription is required.
Can I mix meals from different categories?
Yes! You can choose meals from any category.
Do you offer discounts?

Delivery & pickup
When do you deliver?
Deliveries take place on Sundays between 7:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. You'll receive a text message when your driver is 10–15 minutes away.
Where do you deliver?
Within about 30 miles of our North Austin kitchen, including Round Rock, Cedar Park, Pflugerville, Georgetown and more. See our delivery areas.
Can I pick up my order?
Yes, at 1300 E Anderson Ln, Building D, Austin, TX 78752. Please confirm your pickup time before arriving.
Our meals
How are the meals planned?
Our menus are planned by our co-founder, nutritionist Mónica Ramírez. We weigh and measure all ingredients to ensure accurate calorie and macronutrient information.
Where can I find ingredients, nutrition facts and macros?
They're listed on each meal's page on our ordering site and printed on the meal packaging.
What kind of oil do you use?
We cook with avocado oil and olive oil.
Are the meals fresh or frozen?
All meals are cooked fresh and delivered refrigerated.
How long do the meals last?
5–7 days in the refrigerator.
What if I have a food allergy or dietary question?
Review the ingredient information for each meal and contact us before ordering so we can go over it with you.
